Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery Estimates:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

• P.O. Boxes: TheUnishops ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that some items may not be eligible for shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

• Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• International Orders: TheUnishops is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Lost Packages

• Damages: TheUnishops.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

• Incorrect Address: If the address provided at checkout is incorrect and the order is returned to us, we will notify you. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment to the correct address.
